Contest Rules
Please read these Contest rules carefully. If you enter one of our Contests, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them. The promoter is: Istion Yachting S.A. & Istion Adriatic D.O.O. The contest is open to everyone over the age of 18 years old, non-dependent of country of origin and location except employees of Istion Yachting S.A., Istion Adriatic D.O.O, their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees who are not eligible to participate in the contest.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media & email platforms. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws & regulations. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
• To enter this Contest you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Contest.
• By entering this Contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The Contest is exclusively hosted and viewed on our websie at www.istion.com and promoted on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin as well as via our newsletter campaign.
How to Enter

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Closing date for entry will be Contest closes 11:00pm EET GMT +3, Dec 23rd 2024. After this date no further entries to the Contest will be permitted.
• Prizes: The Winner of the dual Contest will receive: a week’s sailing for the price of just one day from Istion Yachting base in Preveza at APRIL, MAY OR OCTOBER aboard our super-comfy Excess 11 catamaran & a week’s sailing for the price of just one day from Istion Yachting base in Skradin at APRIL, MAY OR OCTOBER aboard our glorious Bali Catsmart sailing catamaran. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered to the winner. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone call if this is applicable within 5 days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Winners will be chosen: At random by software within all valid entries received and verified by the Promoter and its employees.
• The Promoter will notify the winner how, when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter via his official web site.
• The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Contest.
• The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Greek law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• A single entry is considered and rendered valid by filling the appropriate and required contact information.
• Crossposting (Same content posted on Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin) is encouraged.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry.
