A one-of-a-kind open-air celebration of Rhodes's medieval heritage, held between 05-06 October, featuring reenactments, live performances, medieval contests, workshops and exhibitions, the Medieval Rose Festival in Rhodes transforms Rhodes' Old Town into a vibrant medieval market, complete with knights, jesters, and traditional crafts. During 05 and 06 October this festival takes place within the fortified walls of Rhodes’ and celebrates the era when the island was under the rule of the Knights of St. John offering an immersive experience in one of Europe's best-preserved medieval cities.
